Requires a parent to commit to serving as a General Member of the LYS Board of Directors for the season
- The board meets every second Thursday of the month
Requires proof of income. A copy of the first page of your most recent US Federal Income Tax Return (SSN or Tax ID blacked out) is required.
- Generally, students who are on the free/reduced lunch program in the SVVSD school district are likely to qualify.

ALL APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2025 MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 15TH.

ALL APPLICATIONS FOR SPRING 2026 MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 19TH.

Applications received after those dates, with the exception of newly auditioning students, will not be considered.
